Sacred2 Fallen Angel balance tweaks

i made some changes to the Sacred 2 balance txt file that greatly increase the gold per quest the exp per quest the rune drops will now be for the player your playing instead of being random i allso greatly changed the drop rate of good items set items &brown items to me they are Sacred 2 version of Legendary items so instead of making people copy and paste the changes i made i decided to upload (my version) of the whole balance txt file.
